北条時頼、建長寺建立供養/建長5（1253）年11月25日
建長5年11月25日、鎌倉・建長寺の建立供養の式典が執り行われました。
執権・北条時頼が丈六の地蔵菩薩を中尊として、同じ像1000体を安置、建長寺と命名しました。
願文は時頼自らが清書し、導師は蘭渓道隆がつとめました。
