原敬首相、刺殺される。/大正10（1921）年11月4日
1921年、11月4日、午後7時25分頃、原敬総理大臣が東京駅で刺殺されました。享年66歳。
犯人は19歳の鉄道職員。民衆の困窮を救うためと単独反抗を主張していますが、真相は不明。
原首相は岩手県の出身で、1918年に初の政党内閣を組織し、「平民宰相」として人気を得ましたが、社会党の弾圧、普通選挙拒否などの強硬政策が批判を浴び、最近では辞職の意向も漏らしていたそうです。
