分一徳政令、初めて発布。/享徳3（1454）年10月29日

1454年10月29日、分一徳政令が初めて発布されました。前月に山城国で勃発した徳政一揆に対して、室町幕府は、当初、農民達の要求を受けようとはしませんでしたが、一揆側が優勢なので、急遽方針を転換して分一徳政令を発布しました。
　分一徳政令とは、永代売買を除く質入地に債務額の十分の一を幕府に納入することで徳政を認めるというものです。

★1451年、足利義成が学問所を北小路の邸につくる
★1637年、天草の農民、島原の一揆に呼応して蜂起
★1945年、第1回宝くじ発売

★中村歌右衛門（歌舞伎俳優・1791年没）

★井伊直弼（大老　1815年生）
