藤原泰衡、郎党に討たれる。/文治5（1189）年9月3日
文治5（1189）年9月3日、源義経を討伐後、鎌倉幕府に攻められていた藤原泰衡が敗走中に部下に殺されました。
これにより、みちのくに栄華を誇った奥州藤原氏は滅亡しました。
頼朝は奥州を平定し、鎌倉幕府の体制を一層固めていきました。
