足利尊氏、征夷大将軍となる / 延元3・建武5（1338）年8月11日
1338年、足利尊氏が北朝の光明天皇から征夷大将軍の宣下を受けました。これは、南朝方の後醍醐天皇に対する事実上の勝利宣言とも取れます。尊氏が武士に対する軍事指揮権と恩賞権を握り、弟の直義が民事裁判権と所領安堵権を握るという二頭政治を行われました。
